It is a pity, that now I can not express - there is no free time. But I will return - I will necessarily write that I think.
It was registered at a forum to tell to you thanks for the help in this question, can, I too can help you something?
You are not right. I can prove it.
You topic read?
It to you a science.

I will try to be brief. It is not so important HOW MUCH you eat, but WHAT you eat that matters. Read Ingredients, not "nutrition FaCtS". The FaCtS don't tell you much. Ask yourself, is this "Food?" And then, once it has been established that you are eating Real Food, how was it grown (organic, conventional, or genetically modified-the worst option), processed, preserved, nuked, stripped and packaged? Quality, freshness, source, preparation all determine whether or not it is building or destroying our health. Yada Yada Yada. I'll try not to pop up too often with these gems of traditional wisdom. Knowing stuff like this makes it easier to "just say no" to certain delicacies!

I too just went to Chili's and was aghast at the amount of calories on even their "guiltless" menu. Nothing under 450 calories!!! Unfortunately I finally settled for something that wasn't one of their "guiltless" options...and don't think I dare to even look at the website to see how much damage I did.

I get surprised by the serving sizes. In pre-portioned things. Of course I can't think of something right now, but it would be something LAME, like a cup of yogurt, that would be computed at 2 (or worse) 1.5 servings. It really sets our kids up for failure too.

I have some good eating out tips I've learned from some friends. lmk, if you want em. :)
