Sue Dawley says:
Our kitchen and family room is one big room with a counter in the middle. As counters have a tendency to do, it gets filled with papers, my son’s figurines, glasses, art projects, etc. It drives my husband crazy. I know he likes walking in from work to a clear counter so I try each afternoon before he arrives home to straighten up so when he walks in he feels a sense of peace.
