It’s a new week, again, and the best way to take care of your man at the start of the week is to take care of his wife, too.
Five minutes. That’s all you need today. (Okay, it may take 10 minutes to prep for this, but it will be worth it, promise.)
Brew up your favorite concoction (peppermint tea, raspberry mocha coffee, hot mint cocoa), put on some Christmas music and spend five minutes sitting in front of your beautifully decorated tree. Yep, even if it’s the middle of the day, just plug that baby in and enjoy.
Haven’t got a tree up? No worries — remember this is a guilt-free zone. Stare out the window, pet your dog, whatever it is that will relax you and let you take a moment of rest in this very busy time.
